We built Pulse Fleet — a cross-platform mobile and web application that provides real-time vehicle tracking, ML-powered route optimization, predictive maintenance alerts, and driver behavior scoring, all unified in a single dashboard.

How we solved it

Real-time at global scale

Processing GPS telemetry from 10K+ vehicles simultaneously requires sub-second latency. We built a Go-based ingestion pipeline with Redis Streams that handles 500K+ events/second with p99 latency under 200ms.

Offline-first mobile

Drivers often operate in areas with poor connectivity. We implemented an offline-first architecture with SQLite for local storage, conflict-free data sync using CRDTs, and on-device ML inference for real-time driver scoring.
